PPSR Update
Are you a B2G User?
Password management for all PPSR business to government (B2G) Production and Discovery accounts will change in the upcoming PPSE release (R3).
What are the key changes?
• B2G accounts will be locked after five failed password
attempts
• The B2G password cannot be changed more than once
within a 12 hour period
The B2G interface documentation has been updated with new business rules describing these changes and contains new content that your system can use to identify and handle stale passwords or locked accounts.
To prepare for the change:
• Please review the current B2G configuration
• Ensure your Web UI user login details are up to date. Your Account Administrator will will manage B2G password security via the Web UI.

Detailed information on management of password resets and locked accounts is available at www.ppsr.gov.au. (look for ‘Tips on using your B2G connection – Click on the ‘For Business’ then on ‘B2G (Business to Government) heading).
