The FBAA in partnership with Australis College is offering two – “New Entrant Scholarships” to the Finance and Mortgage Broking industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for two people to gain the necessary qualifications, training and mentoring to be successful in this growing and exciting industry.

The FBAA Scholarship Program is designed to transform aspiring school leavers into job-ready, highly skilled finance brokers. The program takes a person with no prior knowledge of the industry and provides them with all the skills, knowledge, qualifications, tools, support and mentoring needed for their first 2 years in the industry. You will become job-ready with the equivalent of a Certificate IV once the fundamental units are completed. The reputation of the program for producing high quality young talent means that, upon completing these units, you will be in the spotlight for potential employers within the FBAA seeking new talent for their business!

After graduating with a Diploma, training and support continues into the workplace through Australis College’s mentoring program, which increases your chances of success with further one-on-one coaching and guidance.
